1. Who these terms are with

MondayLeads is operated by Gradiente Ltd (company number 14584210), registered at Flat H, 1 Transom Close, London SE16 7FH ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to these terms.

2. What you get

A weekly list of local building leads for the areas your subscription covers, delivered by email as a private link, currently every Monday. Leads come from three public sources: projects councils have just approved, projects about to start on site, and homes whose public energy certificate shows they need upgrade works. Each lead includes the site address, a description of the works, the applicant and agent where the public register names them, and our own inferred job summary, likely trades and value band.

3. Price, billing and cancellation

• £49 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate part months.
• Links to weeks you have already paid for continue to work after you cancel. You simply stop receiving new ones.
• If we materially reduce coverage, we will tell you and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the current month.

4. How you may use the list

You may use it to market your own trade services and to carry out work you win.

You may not:

• Resell, republish, syndicate or share the list, or your weekly link, with anyone outside your business
• Use it for anything other than offering construction and related services
• Use it to send unsolicited email or SMS, or to make unsolicited marketing calls to individuals. See section 5, this one matters
• Scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the data other than by using the CSV we provide for your own use

Your weekly link is unique to your subscription. If a link is shared, we may suspend the subscription without refund.

5. Your own obligations when you contact people

This is the part most likely to cause you trouble, so read it.

The people on the list have not asked to hear from you. They appear because a public register published their details. When you contact them you become a data controller in your own right, and UK law applies to you directly.

In practice:

• Post and door-knocking are fine. That is what the list is designed for.
• Unsolicited marketing email, SMS and automated calls to individuals are not fine without their consent, under PECR. We do not supply personal email addresses or phone numbers, so do not go and find them for this purpose.
• Telephone marketing requires you to screen against the TPS, and the CTPS for businesses.
• If someone asks you to stop, stop, and tell us so we can suppress them for everyone.

You are responsible for your own compliance. We are not liable for how you use the information.

6. What we do and do not promise

We take the data from public registers and process it automatically. That means:

• We cannot guarantee the list is complete or accurate. Councils publish at different times and sometimes late, and a decision may appear after we have published a week.
• Job titles, trade tags and value bands are automated inferences and will sometimes be wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not a survey.
• Coverage may change if a council or register changes or withdraws its portal.

The service is provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise you will win work.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches section 4 or 5, or where required by law. Where the breach is not deliberate we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before they take effect.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
